Drivers of electric vehicles want more reliable and easier to use charge points. The road and rail watchdog group Transport Focus suggests that more people would switch from petrol and diesel cars if the charging network was better.
In its report Plugging the gap: Drivers’ experiences with electric cars, Transport Focus asked EV owners how they felt about having gone electric. The report found that while drivers loved their cars, they did not feel the same about charging them.
