Marston Holdings has introduced a notice processing and enforcement service designed to help councils enforce contraventions committed by foreign registered vehicles (FRVs) on British roads.

The pan-European debt recovery service is being delivered in conjunction with ParkTrade, a Swedish technology company that is part of Marston Holdings.
