Design team appointed to create an ‘iconic’ British chargepoint

The Royal College of Art (RCA) and PA Consulting have been appointed by the Department for Transport (DfT) to deliver a chargepoint design that is as recognisable as the red post box, black cab or Routemaster bus. The need for the chargepoints to be accessible for all users with sustainability was at the heart of the DfT’s design brief.
