Micro-Mobility business TIER has raised $60m (£45m) in asset-backed financing from multinational investment bank Goldman Sachs. TIER, who also recently secured $250m (£177m) Series C funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, said the investment will enable it to expands its fleet.
TIER is one of three e-scooter operators, along with Lime and Dott, appointed by Transport for London to run a 12-month hire trial in the capital (LTT 31 May).
