The London Borough of Harrow looks set to remove its four low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) residential street closure schemes and three main road cycle lanes that have proved deeply unpopular with the public.
Harrow implemented four LTNs in October using experimental traffic orders. Planters were installed at junctions to prevent vehicular traffic passing through. Three main road cycle schemes were implemented last summer.
