Brighton low traffic neighbourhood

Brighton & Hove City Council is preparing plans for its first low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) scheme of residential street closures to through traffic.The LTN will be implemented in the Hanover area, a neighbourhood of terraced, narrow Victorian streets.
