A plan to trial e-scooters in Winchester in Hampshire has been dropped, at least for the time being. An officer report to the Solent Transport joint committee says: “There have been questions over the deliverability of the Winchester scheme, this is now being rethought by Hampshire County Council, who are exploring delivering the scheme in a different way and via other funding sources.
