A man spat at a civil enforcement officer claiming that he had coronavirus. Body-camera footage revealed Graham Swinbourne, 39, swearing at the Gravesham Borough Council CEO and calling him a “jobsworth”.

Swinbourne said: “I’m not giving you my registration”. The council officer replied: “I don’t need it, I already have it.”

The verbal altercation escalated when Swinbourne told the CEO: “Listen, I have corona” and he spat at him.
