Boundary charge study

Transport for London has begun a feasibility study into introducing a Greater London boundary road user charge for non-residents. 

London mayor Sadiq Khan proposed the charge as part of TfL’s Financial Sustainability Plan submitted to the Government last month (LTT 22 Jan).
