Lincoln’s 4.5-mile eastern bypass has opened to traffic, connecting the A15 Sleaford Road to the A158 Wragby Road. Lincolnshire County Council says the road has cost £122m to date but the final cost will not be known until all the accounts have been settled in the coming months.
