Bus lanes to return to Liverpool’s streets?

Buses may be given priority lanes in Liverpool again, less than ten years after the city’s mayor Joe Anderson removed almost all bus lanes from the city.

Eighteen “priority lanes” feature in proposals for five  ‘green route’ bus corridors into Liverpool city centre being prepared by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority led by mayor Steve Rotheram.

The ‘green routes’ and the main bus routes on them, are the:
