Beryl is to offer a fleet of pedal bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters in Norwich as part of a 12-month e-scooter hire trial. The company will initially provide 100 e-scooters, which will be accessible through the same platform as its pedal and e-bikes. During the government backed trial, e-scooter riders will be required to provide a valid UK driving licence to participate and will be asked to provide feedback on their experiences using the vehicles.
