Electric buses at a North London bus garage will supply  the electricity grid in what is claimed to be the biggest vehicle-to-grid (V2G) project in the world.

Twenty-eight new double deck electric buses will take part in the Bus2Grid trial, which will test the idea of using their batteries to provide electricity back to the grid at times of high electricity demand.
