PM launches UK connectivity review

13 July 2020

The Government is to work with the devolved administrations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland on a ‘connectivity review’, looking at how to improve road, rail, air and sea links between the four nations of the UK. The work was announced by Boris Johnson last week. The Prime Minister also said the Government would “bring forward funding to accelerate infrastructure projects in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, working with the devolved administrations to identify where we can get spades in the ground”.
