Leeds City Council has reported a big drop in road traffic casualities because during Covid-19 movement restrictions. The council has compared road traffic casualties in the first 18 weeks of 2020 and 2019. All casualties fell by 40 per cent, from 643 (2019) to 383 (2020), while those killed or seriously injured (KSI) fell 38 per cent, from 117 to 73.
