Hotel conversion for 55 Broadway

01 June 2020

Westminster City Council has granted planning permission to convert the former London Transport headquarters at 55 Broadway into a luxury hotel. The building was built in 1929 in an art-deco style as the headquarters of the Underground Electric Railways of London Ltd, which became London Transport in 1933. Transport for London sold the property last year and vacated the building earlier this year
