TOCs question Network Rail’s achievements

A motion put forward by train operators was rejected at Network Rail AGM in Manchester last week, but they’re happy to have made their point.

Train operators’ attempts to censure Network Rail for its recent poor performance were swept aside at the infrastructure operator’s AGM last week.
