WoE’s draft spatial plan withdrawn

Local authorities in the Bristol area are abandoning their draft joint spatial plan following last year’s critical assessment by the Planning Inspectorate. 

The statutory development plan to 2036 would have covered the four unitary authorities of Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
