Airport parking retailer ParkVia is to add voice booking to its e-commerce platform during 2020. This will enable customers to use devices such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to book parking by voice.
The company cites a recent study by eMarketer that found 40% of smart speaker users will regularly make purchases via voice by 2021.
