John Nightingale is a chartered engineer and a director at JCT Consultancy Ltd. He is a traffic signals expert with over 25 years’ experience from contracting, local authority and consultancy. He currently runs JCT’s training services and is a guest lecturer at several leading universities. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Highway Engineers and served as its President between 2014 and 2016.
