FirstGroup is preparing to sell its UK bus business as a whole or as three or four geographically-based businesses, company chief executive Matthew Gregory has revealed.
Updating analysts about the disposal last week, Gregory said: “It’s evident that the most likely way forward is the sale of the business either as a whole or three or four large geographically aligned segments.”
