Lunchtime streets ‘a success’

The City of London Corporation has declared its first ‘lunchtime streets’ traffic restrictions a success. St Mary Axe and Chancery Lane were closed to vehicles from 10am to 3pm on three consecutive days this summer. Seating and planting was installed and music, food markets and garden games took place between noon and 2pm.
