Car ownership is incompatible with climate target, claim MPs

Mass car ownership is incompatible with the Government’s  legally binding decarbonisation target, a committee of MPs has said. 

The claim is made by the House of Commons science and technology committee in a report on technologies for meeting the Government’s emission reduction targets.
