Oxford to toughen up low emission zone

Oxfordshire County Council is to apply to the Traffic Commissioner for a traffic regulation condition (TRC) to toughen up bus emission standards. 

A low emission zone (LEZ) has operated in Oxford city centre since 2014, with a TRC requiring buses to met Euro V standards.
