Transport for London has named the Riverlinx consortium as preferred bidder to design, build, finance and maintain the twin bore Silverlink road tunnel under the Thames in East London. Riverlinx comprises: Aberdeen Standard Investments, the BAM PPP PGGM joint venture, Cintra, Macquarie Capital, and SK E+C.
