The National Infrastructure Commission has set four tests for the Government’s forthcoming national infrastructure strategy.
The strategy will form the Government’s response to the Commission’s national infrastructure assessment published last summer (LTT 20 Jul 18). It is due to be published in the autumn, alongside the spending review.
NIC chairman Sir John Armitt outlined four tests for the strategy in a letter to the Chancellor, Philip Hammond.
