Concessionary travel ‘skews bus services’

The Welsh Government’s concessionary travel scheme has “skewed” service provision in a way that makes buses less convenient for commuters, transport minister Ken Skates has said.

In 2002 Wales was the first part of Great Britain to introduce nationwide free bus travel for all pensioners and disabled people.
