Rail test and storage depot for South West Wales

The Welsh Government, Neath Port Talbot Council and Powys County Council are creating a joint venture to develop a ‘rail centre of excellence’ test facility in south-west Wales, which could also feature space to store and scrap redundant rolling stock.
