Glasgow lobbies for 20mph Bill

Councillors on Glasgow City Council have overwhelmingly backed a motion calling on the Scottish Government to support  Green MSP Mark Ruskell’s Bill to make 20mph the default speed limit on most built-up roads in Scotland. Councillors approved a motion tabled by Scottish Green party councillor Allan Young by 62 votes to six.
