A regeneration project could see a TV and film studio built at a disused railway works in Kent.

Developer Quinn Estates is seeking planning permission for a new studio on the now derelict 12-acre Ashford Railway Works site.

The project would also feature a hotel, retail units, leisure space, restaurants and cafés, and a 400-space car park.
