The City of London Corporation has proposed becoming a pilot for Transport for London’s stricter lorry safety standards. The Corporation supports Transport for London’s proposed safety permit scheme (LTT 14 Dec 18) but says a “more ambitious timeline is required in the context of the City of London”.
