Cambs CA pursues Enhanced Partnership with bus operators

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority is to develop an Enhanced Partnership with bus operators, while keeping franchising alive as a longer-term option. 

The CA, led by Conservative mayor James Palmer, this week  authorised preparation of a business case assessing different bus operating models, including the Enhanced Partnership and franchising options that feature in the Bus Services Act 2017.
