£78m for Welsh local transport

The Welsh Government has announced an extra £78m for local transport improvements over the next three years, 2018/19 – 2020/21. The funding will be awarded in annual tranches of £26m. The largest allocations for 2018/19 are £1.8m for Swansea’s Fabian Way Corridor (primarily an active travel scheme) and £1.685m for Carmarthenshire’s Cross Hands Link Road. ...
