Manchester City Council trading standards officers used a tracking device to show that the director of an off-airport meet & greet firm left a customer’s car outside his own home.
The trading standards team booked the tracker-fitted car in with PPS Manchester, a company advertising secure off-airport parking.
PPS Manchester claimed the car would be parked securely, but it was actually parked at company director Nabeel Khoury’s home in Wythenshawe.
