TfL streets chief walked away with £445,000 severance pay

Leon Daniels, Transport for London’s former managing director of surface transport, received a severance payment of almost £445,000 when he left the organisation last December. Garrett Emmerson, TfL’s former chief operating officer for surface transport, received almost £250,000.
