The Welsh Government is considering creating an app for residents of the South Wales Valleys through which they could book travel to health appointments. Local government secretary Alun Davies said a Valleys taskforce was taking forward three digital pilots, including “investigating an Uber-style app which would bring together all providers of community transport, making it easier for people to order transport to health appointments”....
