New life for Norfolk’s old railways?

Norfolk County Council is to explore the feasibility of bringing miles of disused railway lines into use as a walking and cycling network. The £350,000 12-month feasibility work will examine the county’s network of disused lines and undertake a detailed assessment of three routes as pilot schemes: Weaver’s Way from Aylsham to Stalham; King’s Lynn to Fakenham; and King’s Lynn to Hunstanton.
