North-east Scots rail re-opening is low value

Re-opening a rail line in NorthEast Scotland would represent poor value for money, according to a study for Nestrans, the North East Scotland transport partnership. 

Consultant AECOM examined three options for reinstating passenger rail services to Ellon in Aberdeenshire, via a branch off the Aberdeen-Inverness line.
