Guardian abandons pro-bike stance to criticise dockless hire schemes

A newspaper that is widely known for a positive editorial viewpoint on all things connected with cycling has recently been surprisingly critical of dockless bike hire schemes in the UK and elsewhere. Rik Thomas reports
