Tunbridge Wells makes phone parking cheaper than paying at the machine

Mark Moran
10 November 2017

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council transferred its pay-by-phone parking provision to RingGo on 1 October. Phone parking tariffs in the council’s car parks will be set  40p lower than the cost of paying in cash at pay & display machines. Motorists have been using their mobile phones to pay for parking using previous supplier PayByPhone, and those who are not already registered with RingGo, have to register and provide their details to access the new service.
