New rules on how organisations use personal data will affect transport planning activities, Transport for London has warned.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation comes into force on 25 May 2018, governing the use of personal data in the digital economy.
Howard Carter, TfL’s general counsel, said the Government recognised that UK businesses and public sector organisations would need to continue to comply with the GDPR after Brexit.
