Roads policing in the UK is undergoing a transformation. There have been no announcements of setting up a new unit or recruiting specialist officers to new roles. Nor has there been an announcement of funding for new equipment. Quite the opposite, because this transformation stems from members of the public investing their own money and time in capturing and submitting evidence of poor driving or riding.
