The Open Spaces Society has objected to a Welsh Government proposal to allow cycling on all footpaths, saying the plans are “a muddle” and fail to mention the Active Travel (Wales) Act. The group was responding to a new consultation that proposed that cycling should be allowed on footpaths under the same conditiosn that apply on bridleways.
