Councillors in Norwich have approved plans for cycling in almost all pedestrianised streets at all times of day.
Cyclists can currently use some pedestrianised streets in the city centre between 5pm and 10am, and others not at all.
Norwich City Council consulted this summer on two options for change:
1. allow cycling between 5pm and 10am on some streets that are currently out of bounds; or
2. allow cycling on almost all pedestrian streets at all times
