Highways England has awarded more than £20m to three road improvements to facilitate thousands of new homes and ease congestion. The schemes are:
• M27 junction 9 Whitley Way, Hampshire – £9.9m from HE’s Growth and Housing Fund and £3m from its Congestion Relief Fund. This will be delivered by Hampshire County Council.
