Buses could be target for first Scots LEZ

Buses could be the focus for Scotland’s first Low Emission Zone, which ministers have pledged by the end of 2018. 

The commitment to introduce an LEZ by 2018 was included in the programme for government published by the Scottish Government in September 2016. An update published last month admits the timetable is “challenging” and says implementation will be “by the end of 2018”.
