The Metropolitan Police has installed barriers to prevent vehicles mounting the pavement on three bridges in central London following the recent terrorist attacks on Westminster Bridge and London Bridge.
The protective barriers have been installed on Westminster Bridge, Waterloo Bridge and Lambeth Bridge. Concrete blocks have also been installed across the pavement at the bridge ends.
