PATROL has announced the shortlist for the PARC (Parking Annual Reports by Councils) Awards for the reporting period 2015/16. PATROL is the body representing local authorities outside London that undertake civil parking enforcement. It promotes the importance of annual reports in order to demonstrate transparency in civil parking objectives, decision-making and actions.
