Transport for Wales staffing plan explained

Welsh infrastructure secretary Ken Skates has said that future staffing of Transport for Wales (TfW), the Welsh Government’s wholly-owned transport company that could employ almost 1,000 staff, will depend on what emerges from the current “competitive dialogue” with shortlisted bidders for the Wales and Borders franchise.
