Bath & North East Somerset Council (B&NES) is pressing ahead with controversial plans for a park-and-ride in the green belt to the east of Bath.
Thirteen councillors called-in the cabinet’s decision of January to approve plans for an 800-space bus-based park-and-ride site on grazing meadows abutting the A4 between Bath and Batheaston.
